Two things a new office needs before anything else can work: an internet line, and a way to make and take calls. Both have to go in early, and both are easy to get wrong when nobody coordinates them with the fit-out and the network.

We are an HKBN business services reseller, so we can place your broadband order, arrange fixed phone and fax lines, and chase the installation date on your behalf. You deal with one contact instead of a telecoms call centre, and the line is ready at the same time as the rest of the office.

For calls we supply and configure Yeastar IP phone systems, which suit an SME well: desk phones or softphones, a main number with an auto-attendant, ring groups and call routing, and extensions you can move yourself without an engineer. No legacy PBX in a cupboard, and no surprise call charges.
